Creating sisterhood through shared experience
Las Brujas was built as a cultural platform rooted in women's empowerment, sisterhood, and meaningful connection. The idea was to create the kind of community I couldn't find, a space where women could gather outside of traditional environments, not to perform, pitch, or compete, but to feel supported, seen, and connected to themselves and each other.
As founder, I developed the concept, brand, partnerships, programming, and community experience from the ground up. Through intimate gatherings, dinners, somatic wellness experiences, conversations, and creative collaborations, Las Brujas brought together artists, founders, entrepreneurs, and creatives across industries and life stages.
Equally important was building relationships beyond the community itself. By partnering with chefs, nonprofits, artists, local businesses, and cultural organizations, Las Brujas became a platform that not only fostered connection among women but also supported and celebrated the broader creative ecosystem.
At its core, Las Brujas was about creating the conditions for women to feel more confident, more connected, and less alone. Every touchpoint—from the guest list and setting to the conversation, food, music, and partnerships—was intentionally designed to cultivate belonging.
The result was a founder-led community platform that used hospitality, culture, and strategic partnerships to build sisterhood, strengthen local creative communities, and create lasting relationships that extended far beyond each gathering.
