Director of Membership

Membership community as a cultural ecosystem.

The Ned NoMad is a private members' club and hotel in New York, part of a global hospitality brand that brings together design, dining, entertainment, and culture under one roof. I led membership, partnerships, experiences, and engagement, helping establish the club as one of New York's most active cultural communities.

My role sat at the intersection of brand, partnerships, programming, and hospitality. Working closely with membership, marketing, operations, food and beverage, and executive leadership, I developed partnerships, curated experiences, and built programming that attracted the right members while strengthening the club's position within New York's creative and cultural landscape.

I oversaw a calendar of more than 200 events annually across art, design, music, fashion, wellness, business, and culinary experiences, while producing flagship events and cultivating relationships with artists, designers, brands, chefs, founders, and cultural partners. The work extended beyond programming—it was about creating reasons for people to participate, return, build relationships, and become advocates for the community.

The result was a stronger cultural identity, deeper member engagement, and a highly connected community that reinforced both the brand and the business. I also supported the opening of The Ned Washington, DC, helping translate successful partnership, programming, and community frameworks from New York into a new market.
